|We believe that by developing creativity in the community it enhances the community. As young people form bonds and interact with each other on a weekly basis, through the developmental process they learn to find creative solutions to resolving conflict in a safe nurturing environment. We believe that that process causes a ‘ripple effect’ and in turn contributes to the surrounding community. The ethos of Portobello performing arts is to provide affordable workshops of the highest quality. We run theatre workshops for children and adults, as weekly commitments.
