58 Sailfish is off Baden Powell Drive, turn left into Witsands (the road the Police Station is on), right into Seafarer, & right into Sailfish.

SINGLE ROOMS:
Two single beds, large wardrobe & furnishings.
Bathroom next to rooms with another bathroom upstairs.
DAILY RATE: R300 single. R350 shared by two.

BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE:
King size bed. Wall to wall built in wardrobe & furnishings.
DAILY RATE: R350 single. R400 couples. R450 shared by three (an extra bed can be added).
MONTHLY RATE: R1700 plus contribution to electricity.

BREAKFAST:
Breakfast optional @ R50 extra per person (available only to daily rate guests).

TERRACE & VIEWS:
You'll not be restricted to your room only but will have use of the terrace on the top floor with amazing panoramic views stretching from Simonstown on the right, across the ocean to Helderberg on the left, & Seal Island directly in the middle.

PARKING:
Parking space is available next to the house as well as on street parking.

HOUSE & AREA:
Know as the 'big house' locally because number 58 is the only full double storey house on Sailfish.
Sailfish is part of 'On The Bay', a fairly new development next to Baden Powell Drive.
It is a safe neighbourhood with friendly neighbours looking out for one another.
Sailfish has two roaming security guards on duty per shift with 24 hour coverage.
It's directly opposite Blue Waters Resort which is within walking distance, & the Strandfontein Tidal Pool is a short drive away.
There are lots of small bays nearby for fishing, surfing & bathing.
The water is warm on this side not as icy as on the Atlantic Seaboard.
It's near Stellenbosch & conveniently placed for the Wine Route tour.

TRAVEL:
If not using a car, there are numerous taxis & regular busses from Spine Road & Seafarer Road 5 minutes walk away.
Muizenberg is a 10 minute drive away, & Cape Town is a 30 minute drive away.
Pick-up from Cape Town International Airport can be arranged, as well as travel to & from football matches.
